The company was founded in 2011 and originally operated as Hunan Xiangzhiyu Food Co., Ltd. It currently owns two major brands—Zhongzhou Fish Restaurant and Aiyan—and is a deep-processing enterprise specializing in the production of meat products, fish products, soybean products, vegetable products, and nuts.
